
Holistic Art Workshops
Sessions begin with a meditation, that will support you to recognise judgements or negative self talk as you explore your creativity. You will be taught a new technique, using materials foraged from nature. The process of doing something new, means you come at it with a fresh perspective and less ideas of a specific outcome. You will work independently and collaboratively, giving you a chance to connect to others through Art. You will leave feeling present, creative and free.
