Nature is in the roots that all we do at Look Up! An opportunity to forage for your tools as a collective, based on what nature provides us coherent with the seasons. We will go on a mindful walk, being aware of all that is around us, a beautiful opportunity to connect with the outdoors. You will be guided through an Art session, using mindfulness techniques. You will leave feeling connected with nature, one another and with a sense of fulfilment. Exploring play and enjoying the whole process of creating Art.
